First System
$120 per visit — $240/year
Each Additional System at the Same Home
$80 per visit — $160/year
Most homes (2 systems): $200 per visit × 2 visits = $400/year — about $33/month.
No surprise fees. If something comes up between visits, you get the member rate.
Why It's Worth It
One summer breakdown — emergency call, after-hours, a part that finally gave out — usually costs more than a year in the Club. Members rarely get those calls, because we catch the problem in spring with a screwdriver instead of in July with a crane.
